Stress Management is a coaching program where I help clients deal with day to day stress or acute stress at home or at work. Stress is caused by various factors some are known to us and many are unknown. Stress can lead to depression, anxiety, and many other health issues.
The tools for stress management coaching are Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Neurokinesis, Hand technique, Laughter Therapy, Emotional Intelligence etc.

The Stress Management Coaching is available as 1-2-1 sessions and Group Coaching.
In a powerful one-to-one session, I will help you identify your major concerns and fears. Based on the type of stress, I will give you various tools to deal with the stress, anxiety and situations that are self harming.
After the session, you will be able to respond instead of reacting. You will feel calm, and you will deal more effectively with unwanted situations.
